We have reached a critical time in our nation’s history where those in power are more concerned about the next election instead of the next generation. Many of our friends, neighbors, family, and possibly ourselves have lost a job or are working less than before the national economic crisis.  As a state representative, I want to be able to help create an atmosphere where business can flourish, where jobs are plentiful, and where our children are prepared -- not just for college, but for life’s challenges -- and I want to put to our state and nation back on the track to prosperity and the universal belief of American exceptionalism.
